A three-year photography project navigating the recesses of Auckland’s industrial spaces and city fringe locations by bike is now New Zealand photographer Fraser Munro’s 350-page collection of full-colour graffiti images. Capturing Auckland’s internationally admired innovative graf style has been a labour of love for Munro. Jumping over fences and trampling past trespass signs all the while considering the ideal time of day to photograph, Munro has documented the constant evolution of graffiti writing talent by capturing the bright and bold essence of Auckland’s unique graffiti landscape.
